Hobart's City Centre is comfortably placed between Mt Wellington and the Derwent River there are great shopping opportunities available from
a wide range of designer boutiques to major chains there's something for everyone. You might need to grab an Advantage card before you start shopping to enjoy the
discounts offered from the 165 the over participants, ask a shop owner.
Hobart has two main shopping malls containing the major national chains. The Cat and Fiddle Arcade, conceting Elizabeth Street to Centrepoint. There are a
number of specialty stores, a food hall and Myer.
Sandy Bay has a number of fashion boutiques and it is always great to walk around Salamanca Place browsing through the galleries and the art and craft shops.
The Saturday Market at Salamanca Place is an experience you just should not miss. The stalls and shop burst open and people come from every where, the setting
of the market in the Georgian sandstone warehouses bordering the stalls is marvelous. Take the time to visit the variety of shops and boutiques.
