Sydney Locality Guide
"I've been to cities that never close down... but I realize something I've always known, I still call Sydney home."
My own city of Sydney
Sydney in New South Wales is truly a spectacular city, with its famous harbour and cruises, its 'coat hanger' bridge, the 'sailed'
Opera house, Luna Park, fabulous restaurants and wonderful night life.
Sydney is a city of diverse culture, with a great ethnic blend, fabulous shopping and warm friendly people all ready and waiting to offer
fantastic experiences to all visitors. It is a photographers dream, with Darling Harbour, Kings Cross and our fantastic beaches. However there is
more to Sydney than the harbour. In just a short drive you can be in the Blue Mountains, the Jenolan Caves, Lithgow and the wine country enjoying a glass of Australia's
world famous wines. Or go further to the outback towns.
Visit the most popular attractions, like the Opera House, The Botanical Gardens and Mrs. Macquarie's Chair, take The Harbour Bridge Walk across the top of our
famous 'coat hanger', the views are spectacular and explore the Tank Stream under the city. You must take a ferry ride on our wonderful harbour and go over to Manly
to shop and swim in the surf at the beach.
Visit the zoo's, have lunch on top of the world in one of the revolving restaurants and that is only for starters.
Go through the MENU above and you will find tours to just about everywhere including the Blue Mountains or wine country in the Hunter Valley.
Golden city surf beaches like Bondi and Manly are only minute's away by ferry or bus. There is a great choice of fine dining restaurants including Harry's Café de-wheels
pie and peas. Accommodation is plentiful and Sydney welcomes over three million international visitors every year.
The cities night life compares to the best in the world and Sydney's New Years Eve party is celebrated by thousands that watched on television by millions and
rivals those of cities like Paris, London and New York.
