These people bring with them a wonderful variety of different foods that we savour today not to mention some of the most entertaining cultural events.

Festivals have become a little ubiquitous in Australia over the years, hundreds are now held every year. Some are small and run for a day or two, others run for a number of weeks, like the Sydney festival.

Australia has many different events covering all genres, fairs, trade shows, royal shows, music, film, arts, literary, flower and community style festivals. Some events showing of what a small regional, remote town has to offer its own community, then others bring international performers to Australian audiences and showcase Australian works.

Australia produces some of the best food and wine on earth and product is often displayed at fairs and trade shows.
